The packages for the Balcony Leadership Circles are in 3-month increments so leaders have time to practice their new skills in real work situations.

Strategic planning is an important function for leaders and one that can be difficult to learn. We facilitate strategic planning sessions using a collaborative process and tools. Session outcomes include an in-depth assessment, agreed-upon priorities, and identified goals. Your team will learn the process and how to use the tools so they will be able to facilitate the process in the future.
